I'm Suzanne Penny, career transition and leadership coach,
on a mission to see people thrive in their career.
With my extensive background in recruitment, outplacement and people development, I founded Empowered Space to give professionals space to take control of their career, navigate change and navigate their transition.
Having experienced two redundancies, been let go from a new job as a single mum of two, and had major burnout in my career, I am purpose driven to see people lead fulfilling careers.
Myself and a small team of carefully selected coaches work with organisations who see the value of investing in personal development.
